My Five Favorite Fall Home Accessories Under $50

Updated: Sep 18, 2020

It is time to get cozy. With the temps looking (a little) less hot and the days getting shorter, it is time to start embracing the pumpkins, leaves, and darker colors that are starting to cover our favorite home decor stores. Below I am outlining my 10 favorite fall home accessories - and the best part? They are all under $50.

Welcome Mat Before your guests even enter your home, get them into the fall spirit with a cute and welcoming message like this doormat from Etsy for $43.20 by BlueSparrowDesignsCo.

Front Door Accessories

The doormat isn’t the only part of the front of the home that needs a little fall attention. I love fall wreaths because of the textures, colors, and versatility you can have with them. This Eucalyptus Heather Mix Burlap Wreath ($39.99) is a great transition piece for fall because the subtle, neutral colors are not “Halloween” or “Thanksgiving”, like many other wreaths out there, but still gives off a comforting, fall feel.

Get Cozy It is time to swap your bright and summery pillows for something a little cozier. Think dark oranges, purples, browns, and greens. Materials should be soft and comfortable like knitted yarn or velvet. Don’t be afraid to mix textures, either! Some of my favorite options are available at Target like this burgundy velvet lumbar pillow ($20.00) and this chunky woven tassel throw pillow ($29.99).

Not-Your-Kids Pumpkins

When it comes to faux pumpkins for decorating, the more the marrier - just be sure to break up the colors and/or sizes. I love these Assorted Harvest White and Brushed Gold Pumpkins ($42.98) because you can either use them as-is for a chic look, or you can decorate them by dipping in gold, adding sparkle, etc. This set of 14 multi-sized, white and gold brushed pumpkins are perfect to scatter along the dining room table for your next get together this season. They can be used again and again - much easier than fresh real ones.

Pumpkin Spice Candles - Elevated

Pumpkin Spice isn’t only reserved for lattes, but sometimes the best smelling candles need to be spruced up. These handblown, pumpkin-shaped cloches ($13.50-$48) from Pottery Barn add dimension and seasonal flair to the entry-way credenza, dining room table, or even the kitchen island. You can even fill them with twinkle lights for that added wow factor.

I have so many more ideas when it comes to holiday and seasonal accessories. If you would like to transform your space into a fall sanctuary, let’s set up a consultation.
